Aljaž Čerček, real estate expert by AC ESTATES, shares his knowledge and experience of the real estate market in Slovenia, and outside its borders.
AC ESTATES was created by several years' of experience in the business of real estates. Several years of experience in the field of estate mediation, and in terms of investment in real estates, has led us to the conclusion that in Slovenia, only a few real estates companies dealing exclusively with the profile of property suitable for investors and premium real estates. Over time, we raised a lot of ideas on how to fill that real estates hole in Slovenia, and we set up AC ESTATES.
